When registering your pkrapp account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a verifiable email address where requested. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrapp login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pkrapp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must notify pkrapp support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
pkrapp reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
pkrapp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency transactions.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods. Deposit limits may be adjusted at pkrapp's discretion or at the user's request under responsible gaming provisions. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to the user's pkrapp account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods. All deposits made to pkrapp must represent funds belonging to the user and must not originate from unlawful activity. pkrapp complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where required by law.

All casino game outcomes on pkrapp are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical actions of professional dealers operating under monitored conditions. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and RNG table games are published within the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrapp platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
All content on the pkrapp platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audiovisual materials, is the proprietary property of pkrapp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
pkrapp's aggregate liability to any individual user arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkrapp makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkrapp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
pkrapp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings at all times.

pkrapp will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. During any active self-exclusion period, pkrapp will use reasonable endeavours to prevent the excluded user from accessing the Platform or receiving marketing communications.
pkrapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or failure to complete identity verification.
In the event of account closure due to user-initiated request, any positive real-money balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not returned upon account closure.
Users who wish to close their pkrapp account may do so by contacting support at any time. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkrapp operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkrapp's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Users agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting pkrapp support in the first instance. pkrapp will endeavour to respond to all dispute notifications within 5 business days.
pkrapp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pkrapp will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
